Logistics Specialist

Full-time

Lagos Abuja Port Harcourt

Coordinate the movement of consolidated shipments from GLOBORD's international hubs (UK, USA, China, Canada) to customers across Nigeria — ensuring timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments between international hubs and local delivery points
  • Track shipment status end-to-end and proactively resolve delays or exceptions
  • Liaise with customs agents, couriers, and freight partners for smooth clearance and delivery
  • Prepare and verify shipping/customs documentation for compliance with Nigerian import regulations
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date shipment records in GLOBORD's tracking systems
  • Coordinate with the warehouse/inventory team on incoming stock and dispatch readiness
  • Provide regular status reports to management on shipment performance
Requirements
  • OND/HND/BSc in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years' experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations (international/customs shipment experience an advantage)
  • Working knowledge of Nigerian customs procedures and import documentation
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfort learning logistics/tracking software

Inventory Controller

Full-time

Lagos Abuja Port Harcourt

Own the accuracy of stock records at GLOBORD's Nigerian warehouse operations — from receiving and inspection through to dispatch — ensuring every package is accounted for.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and log incoming packages against expected manifests
  • Conduct regular stock counts and audits, investigating and resolving discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate digital inventory records
  • Flag damaged, missing, or mismatched items and escalate appropriately
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of inventory
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to confirm dispatch readiness
  • Support periodic reporting on inventory levels and turnover
Requirements
  • OND/HND/BSc in any relevant discipline
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or stock control preferred
  • High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
  • Basic computer literacy (Excel and inventory/warehouse management systems)
  • Physically able to handle and move packages as needed
  • Reliable, honest, and able to work with minimal supervision

Administrative Staff

Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to keep GLOBORD's Nigerian office running smoothly, with regular interaction across operations, customer service, and HR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, filing, and office supply management
  • Support customer service with routine inquiries and follow-ups
  • Assist with data entry and record-keeping across departments
  • Support onboarding and general HR administrative tasks
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
Requirements
  • OND/HND/BSc in any discipline
  • Prior administrative or office support experience is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organized, proactive, and able to multitask
  • Professional, courteous manner when interacting with customers and colleagues

Marketing Staff

Full-time

Lagos Abuja Port Harcourt

Help grow GLOBORD's brand and customer base across Nigeria — supporting campaigns, social media, and customer engagement initiatives that connect local shoppers with our global shipping service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Manage and grow GLOBORD's social media presence (content creation, scheduling, community engagement)
  • Assist with promotional materials, flyers, and in-market brand activations
  • Track and report on campaign performance and customer engagement metrics
  • Coordinate with the customer service team to align messaging with customer needs
  • Support market research and competitor analysis for the Nigerian market
  • Assist with partnership and referral program outreach
Requirements
  • OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years' experience in marketing, social media management, or brand promotion (strong portfolios from recent graduates also considered)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and basic content creation tools
  • Creative thinking and strong written communication skills
  • Comfortable using data/analytics to track campaign performance
  • Proactive, well organized, and able to work both independently and in a team
