Air freight typically takes 3–7 business days from dispatch. Sea freight is available for larger/heavier shipments and takes 4–8 weeks depending on destination. All transit times depend on customs clearance in the destination country.

Prohibited items include hazardous materials, weapons, illegal substances, certain lithium batteries over 100Wh, and items restricted by the destination country's customs regulations. Please check our full prohibited items list before shipping.

When your packages arrive at our hub, we store them for up to 90 days. When you're ready to ship, select the packages you want consolidated via your dashboard. We'll repack them into one parcel, generate a single invoice, and ship — often saving you up to 80% compared to shipping each package separately.

Yes. Our customs team prepares all required documentation including commercial invoices and packing lists. We provide guidance on applicable import duties and taxes, and can arrange pre-paid duties (DDP) on selected routes so there are no surprises on delivery.
